How it Works?
A qualified auditor evaluates your home's energy performance and provides recommendations for improvements.
Select your energy upgrades based on the audit. As your certified insulation experts, we're here to help.
We'll prepare your documentation and guide you through submitting your rebate application, invoice, and utility bill.
Receive your rebate check within 90 days – typically covering up to 75% of project costs!

Your home hasn't received program services in the last 6 years
Rebates run on a 6 year cadence.
If You Are Renting Your Home
If you're renting make sure to coordinate with your landlord.
If your family’s combined gross annual income is below the state’s 60 percent income median.
You may qualify for our Home Energy Solutions - Income Eligible program, which provides no-cost in-home energy assessments and additional incentives for qualifying deeper energy saving services.
The Program is Designed for One to Four Unit Family Homes
If you live in a 5+ unit apartment building, our Multifamily Initiative may be better suited for you—and your neighbors.

Attic Floors: Existing R value cannot exceed R19 and final R value must be R49 or greater unless it is not practicable structurally in the attic space in which R38 is the required minimum
Floored Over Attics: Existing R value must be less than or equal to 4 and final R value must be R19 or greater
Above & Below Grade Walls: Existing R value cannot exceed R4 and final R value must be R13 or greater
Basement and Garage Ceilings: Existing R value cannot exceed R6 and final R value must be R19 or greater
